Model United Nations (commonly abbreviated as MUN) is a simulation of the United Nations. As a participant you take on the role as a foreign diplomat and participate in a simulated session of the United Nations or another intergovernmental body.

Model United Nations of Katta

Model United Nations of Katta (or MUNK) is a Model United Nations society at Oslo katedralskole. The society was founded on January 14th 2008 by participants of IMUNA 2007 and SANMUN 2007. The purpose of the society is to promote understanding of international politics, human rights, democracy, peace, relations between nations and people, with special focus on the role of the United Nations.
